Four years ago Christian Science healed me of eye trouble which was supposed to be hereditary. After the second treatment I had no further use for my glasses and have had perfect sight ever since. With this healing came the beautiful spiritual awakening which nearly always follows in Christian Science. Having been raised in the Jewish faith, my changed concept of God as ever-present divine Love filled me with great joy and happiness. Many minor ailments left me gradually, as I kept on studying the Bible with Science and Health,—such as headaches and other recurrent troubles. Many times I have had perfectly painless work done for me by a dentist, through my own understanding gained by the study of our literature. But the greatest of all blessings has been a most comforting relief from grief and loneliness through the help of one whose understanding of God unfolded to me the unreality of death. Truly I have tasted of "the peace of God, which passeth all understanding." May my life-work show forth the gratitude which words cannot express.
