I can never feel too grateful for what Christian Science...

I can never feel too grateful for what Christian Science has done for me. I know it is of God, everlasting Truth. I first heard of it about fourteen years ago and also had treatment for an ailment and was healed. I then sent for out text-book, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mrs. Eddy, and read it somewhat, but could not get an understanding of it, so put it aside and drifted back to doctors and medicine again. I kept this up, off and on, till in May, 1907, when I was taken with what the doctors called gall-stones, and also female troubles. I had three different doctors, but they could do me very little good. One of them told me I might have to go through an operation before I could be well, and as I was afraid of this, and in despair, I wrote to a Christian Science practitioner, asking for treatment. From that time I was healed, and ever since I have been well and strong. I can do my housework where before then I needed to have hired help most of the time. I have been making demonstrations of the truth for myself and family, also for others, and I find my greatest joy in helping others to come into this blessed truth. I love to read the Bible now, although it was always a sealed book to me before I came to Christian Science, Now, in studying the Lesson-Sermon, it is my daily companion.

I also read the Sentinel and The Christian Science Monitor. I trust in God for my health and all I need, and I find Him an ever-present help in trouble. I have received benefits in Christian Science too numerous to mention, for which I am very grateful to God, and also to Mrs. Eddy for revealing this healing truth.
