I wish to express my gratitude to God, also to our dear Leader for the many beautiful demonstrations and blessings that have come into my life through Christian Science. It has been my only source of comfort and healing for seven years. I first came to it for physical healing, after several physicians had decided that I would never find relief from severe pain in my head and back without undergoing a serious operation, which would keep me in bed from four to six weeks and be very expensive and painful. This I decided I would never consent to, as I had undergone several smaller ones, each one leaving me in a worse state than before. I suffered in this way for three years, till finally a dear student directed me to a practitioner, and relief came instantaneously. In a week I was as well as ever.

Since that time I have seen the power of Truth overcome an attack of measles for my baby in one treatment, also a serious throat trouble for myself, and have had many other demonstrations. I cannot find words to express my gratitude, and my only desire is that each day I may prove worthy of these blessings in deed and word, by humbly following the teachings of our dear Master and our loving Leader.—Mrs. Sarah A.
