I desire to express my gratitude for what Christian Science has done for me. It is now over five years since I became interested in this truth. I had suffered intensely for several years with severe headaches, supposed to be caused by the growth of a tumor. The physicians of Los Angeles said that nothing but an operation would give me relief. I then was advised to try a physician who did not believe in operations for such cases as mine. He told me that with three or four months' treatment I would not need to go to the hospital. I went to him for treatment every other day for nearly five months, but got no better. I then decided to have an operation as soon as I got out of bed again.

About this time Christian Science was brought to my notice by a friend who advised me to go to a practitioner in Los Angeles, and I did so. I had relief with my first treatment, and after seven weeks I was entirely healed from the severe headaches, a bowel and stomach trouble, and, best of all, I was free from the fear of any such thing as an abnormal growth.

Later my mother passed on, after suffering with mental trouble caused by my father's death and other worries, over five years ago. During the last twenty months my mother had spent most of her time with me, and I found Christian Science a great help many a time in quieting her during the spells of illness. At one time she would have been sent to an asylum but for Christian Science coming to her rescue. She suffered with dizziness, and many a time she was glad to get help, and recognized the truth as being the cause of her relief.
