It is a blessed privilege to testify to the healing power of Christian Science. I experienced all the symptoms of acute illness one evening, and as my profession occupies so much of my time I felt it necessary to ask for help from a practitioner, and absent treatment was given. It seemed on that night as though it would be impossible for me to continue to suffer so and live. The throat was in a bad condition, and yet I was enabled to play my part and even sing. My associates did not notice any change in me, only one who asked if I was tired. The next day I was feeling so well it seemed as though I must skip along as the children do, for very joy. The throat, however, remained in the same condition, although there was no pain or soreness. The practitioner was then notified of this, and the following day the ulcers had entirely cleared away.

My husband and I owe everything we have to Christian Science. I appreciate more and more our beloved Leader's great gift to mankind as I daily prove my understanding of Truth. During the years I have known of Christian Science there has been a continual overturning in my consciousness, old errors passing away. Truth making all things new.
