I am truly grateful for what Christian Science has done for me. While at a friend's house I was jumping with some other girls, late in the afternoon, and all at once I was taken very sick and had to go to bed. I had severe pains and was constantly vomiting. My mother was sent for and she gave me treatment in Christian Science, and by her assistance I was able to walk home, which was about six blocks. The pain continued until next morning about three o'clock, after which I went to sleep. I slept until ten and felt no more bad effects. The suffering was due to a serious injury to the knee and the pain was very severe. I am thankful for this blessed truth which had the power to make me free.
