I wish to express my gratitude for what Christian Science has done for me. I was first cured of a chronic headache. Later I had some trouble with my thumb; but not thinking that Christian Science could cure anything of this kind, I went to a physician, who said that the end of the bone was affected. After having the thumb in splints for a few weeks, the doctor said he could do no more for it, and that I would have to give up my music. In despair I turned again to the Christian Science practitioner who had helped me before, and after reviewing the man-made laws we realized that God's perfect law of adjustment is potent to heal when material sense fails. This uplifted my depressed thought, and in studying the Lesson-Sermon for that week on "Unreality," I gained much light, and during the further unfoldment of the Lesson on Sunday, I realized that there is no limitation in the law of good. I went home and took off the bandages and splints, and the healing was complete.—Edith LeGrand, Pasadena, Cal.
