I feel very thankful to God for Christian Science, and for complete healing. I was seemingly poisoned from eating some meat, and suffered greatly. I tried a number of well recommended remedies, but continued to grow worse and the pain was more and more severe, until my husband sent for a Christian Scientist, who came to my rescue. When she asked me if I wanted her to treat me, I remember that I said to her, "To whom do you look for help? Do you go straight to God?" She replied that she did; and I then told her she could take my case. I can truthfully declare that after she had given me one treatment the pain almost immediately left me, and in a few moments I felt I was entirely healed—thanks be to God through Christian Science. I have eaten anything and everything I wanted since that time without the slightest inconvenience.—MRS. J. A. Hindman, Spokane, Wash.

I wish to say that the foregoing testimony of my wife is true, and her case is stated correctly, as the circumstances were what she has said. I also wish to add my deepfelt thanks for my personal healing, and for the uplifting power of Christian Science, for to the blessed truth as taught in Christian Science I owe my present good health, happiness, and prosperity. Six years ago, when I took up Christian Science, I was in what seemed bad circumstances, but today I am rejoicing in the freedom of the truth.
