Before coming into Christian Science I was constantly in bondage to some form or other of disease, some of these ills becoming chronic. After trying every available method known to the physicians and failing to obtain a cure, discouraged and disheartened I turned as a last resort to Christian Science, and there found the relief I was seeking. From the day I began treatment, now eight years ago, I have never tasted medicine. In the summer of 1909 I was attacked with what is supposed to be an incurable disease of the kidneys, my friends believing that I had but a short time to live; but through the aid of faithful practitioners I was healed. I am deeply grateful to God for Christian Science, and to our revered Leader, whose patient continuance in well-doing has made possible this freedom from the ills of the flesh.—MISS HATTIE CLARK, Elko, Nev.
