As I am desirous of testifying to the healing power of Truth, I send this testimony. Since taking up the study of Christian Science, over three years ago, I have been benefited in many ways, both mentally and physically. I have proved that divine Truth does heal. In June, 1909, I was suddenly taken very ill,—to mortal sense. I had a very high fever and my throat was in a bad condition. Being too ill to help myself, I sent for a practitioner, who promptly responded, and the condition was so far overcome at once that the chills and fever were all gone, and the throat trouble disappeared the next day. My suffering was very severe, but the overcoming was so clearly due to the truth that my gratitude for Christian Science cannot be expressed in words. My great desire is to show by my life how thankful I am to God, and to our dear Leader.

Rena M. Clayton, Chicago, Ill.

I gladly testify to what Christian Science has done for me. There have been some very beautiful demonstrations made, both for myself and son. My little boy was taken sick on Thursday, but was in no discomfort until Monday, when he grew suddenly worse and a severe throat trouble and eruption developed. There were several strangers in my home, and desiring to comply with the law, we called in physician to diagnose the case. He examined the child and said he had evidently been very sick, but that all danger was over and that he could not diagnose the case. He became interested in the boy's condition and called several days later to see how he was. He found him greatly improved. When I told him that the boy's skin was peeling, he said it was from the disease, which was a fever with a throat complication.
