Four years ago my little girl, then two years of age, awakened in the night with a severe cold. In the morning she seemed much worse, but I decided to go to my mother's as planned, so took an early train and reached there about ten in the forenoon. A Christian Science practitioner was called at once, and by the time she arrived the case seemed to be acute lung trouble with a great deal of suffering. After the first treatment, and before the practitioner practitioner left, the child was relieved of all suffering and wanted to get up and play. With two more treatments she was entirely healed. Since that time I have studied Christian Science, and many are the blessings I have received. I am indeed thankful to God, and also wish to express my gratitude to our Leader, Mrs. Eddy, for the benefit which Christian Science had been to me.
