About six years ago I had my first treatment in Christian Science. Since then my children and I have relied entirely upon the truth for all of our needs. I was healed of neuralgic trouble from which I had suffered for many years. When my oldest boy was seven months old, I was told by a doctor that he had lung trouble, and I could not raise him. When I came into Christian Science he was still suffering from this disease, but he has been entirely healed through the power of Truth. The most severe test came to me about two and a half years ago, when I noticed my baby, two weeks old, was not at all symmetrical. One shoulder seemed to be a great deal higher than the other. At the time the baby was ill and under Christian Science treatment. As he seemed too sick to be disturbed, I did not undress him for two or three days, but when I did, I saw that the shoulder had become normal. Since this wonderful healing took place, my baby has been healed of many other ailments, among them a dreaded spinal disease, which appeared when he was a year old. More than once my courage seemed to fail, and I began to think that my baby would never be really well; but I would not give up my trust in God, who had delivered me in so many other ways, and today the child is perfectly well.
