When I try to remember all the blessings that a knowledge of the truth, as revealed in Christian Science, has brought me, I can say with the psalmist, "My cup runneth over." One of the physical infirmities of which the healing truth has freed me was a most obstinate case of bowel trouble, which was completely overcome in three treatments, after having taken for several years the most powerful remedies known to materia medica, besides electrical treatments, and the wearing of all kinds of appliances, dieting, etc. I also suffered from extreme nervousness and worry, and a catarrhal condition of the ears and throat with a sense of impending deafness. These have all been overcome through reading the Christian Science literature, especially the text-book, Science and Health, which has indeed been the "Key" that has unlocked for me the door to the kingdom of heaven and given me a God whom I know as Life, Truth, and Love. Through it I have gained an understanding of the Bible, which I was never able to comprehend before. In my vocal work, too, resuts for which I had worked long and earnestly, and which seemed impossible to attain, were manifested immediattely with the realization in my consciousness that man is the image and likeness of divine Love and is in harmony with the divine Mind.

Needless to say I am grateful to Mrs. Eddy, who has made a this possible, not only to me, but to thousands of others who have been brought out of the wilderness of doubt, fear, poverty, and suffering. I can sing with the psalmist, "He hath put a new. song in my mouth, even praise unto our God."
