About ten years ago I was in bondage to serious physical ailments, accompanied by mental disturbance. At that time Christian Science was brought to my notice, and in three weeks' time I was freed from all difficulties except headaches, which had but partially yielded to the treatment. Their tenacity was supposed to be due to heredity, so I suffered on with that most distressing ailment till one day a practitioner, who was for a time an inmate of my home, happened to be present as a recurrence of the trouble presented itself. After one audible declaration of truth from her I was relieved, and never had a return of the trouble afterward. This healing occurred about four years ago. The truth also put to flight at this time a supposed result of accident which had been but partially met before, and in many ways I have been helped to take advancing steps in Christian Science. For this and other help received in Christian Science I am grateful to our dear Leader, who has given us the "Key to the Scriptures," and for the truth thus revealed I am more thankful than words can express.
