For many years I was a sufferer, supposedly from organic diseases, had passed through several periods of intense suffering, and had undergone one operation. I was given the best medical treatment and was finally told by the family physician that materia medica had reached its limit in my case; also that another operation was necessary, and that even if it were successful, it would only palliate my sufferings. While making ready for this operation, a friend who had been healed in Christian Science suggested my trying it, and with little or no faith in its curative powers I asked for help. The first treatment gave me wonderful relief, and after the third I was completely healed. To-day I am a healthy, strong woman.

My gratitude for all that Christian Science has done and is doing for me is unbounded, and I am thankful to God for the healing truth, and to Mrs. Eddy for her unflinching loyalty to this truth.
