ALL CLASSES INTERESTED

It has often been said that Christian Science is a religion which appeals only to the wealthy, but this is a mistake. The testimonies given at the Wednesday evening meetings and in our periodicals show that all classes have heeded its appeal and become its beneficiaries. That this is especially true of Great Britain is disclosed in the following items which we copy from newspapers that represent respectively the great social and commercial centers of England.

The following is from the London Tribune:

Christian Science is only forty years old, and in this country, where its progress has been remarkable, it was first heard of fifteen years ago. At that time the name was unknown in the whole of Europe. To-day the Christian Scientists claim a million votaries and over six hundred and fifty churches, and point to nearly all the principal countries of the world where their doctrine is taught and their methods of healing practised.
