The Bible and "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" have been my constant companions for nearly five years, and I now wonder how I ever lived without them. I had suffered from severe headaches, stomach and bowel troubles, etc., all of which have been healed through a sincere and persistent application of the truth which Mrs. Eddy teaches. The healing is, however, nothing, compared to the mental uplifting,—the knowing that we need not be in bondage to material law, that it is possible for each one of us to realize here and now our true existence as God's children, and to know God as the all-guiding Father and Mother. The truth first came to me through one who was daily reflecting this healing power of Love. I am most grateful to all those who have voiced truth to me. Daily my prayer of gratitude rises to God for Christian Science. I have learned that only as I live this truth, can I express my overwhelming sense of gratitude to our beloved Leader, Mrs. Eddy, whom I love and revere.
