I am truly grateful to Christian Science for a better understanding of the Bible, and for its cleansing and healing power. Christian Science came into my life when I was greatly in need of help. I had throat and lung trouble in the worst form, and was without hope of ever being a well woman again, as the last doctor that treated me gave me no encouragement whatever. A friend had mentioned this grand healing power to me, so as a last resort I turned to Christian Science. I applied to a practitioner for help, and began to improve from the first treatment. This was almost two years ago, and I could not ask for better health than I have to-day. The peace of mind that came with the healing is much to be thankful for. I am also thankful for our literature, and for our Leader, who has labored and is still laboring so patiently for mankind.
