My heart overflows with grateful love to God for His tender care in making known to us in this age the evangel of peace known to all the world as Christian Science. I owe all I have and am to the truth taught in Christian Science. In the seven years that I have known this truth it has healed me of severe nervous and other troubles; destroyed in a good measure the fear of hereditary disease, and given me a greater confidence in God and understanding of man's relation to Him. Through my healing nearly every member of my family has become more or less interested in Christian Science and has been healed by it.

Far above all of these blessings—the realization of better health and freedom from the bondage of fear—is the knowledge of divine Love and Truth that is here and now for all mankind, giving us a higher sense of the universe, of our fellow-men, and a deeper charity for all. For all of this I feel the sincerest gratitude to God, and also to our faithful Leader, Mrs. Eddy.
