About six years ago, while suffering with severe stomach trouble, I was suddenly stricken with a paralytic attack, which affected my left eye. I had been in a distressing condition about five months when my case was put in the care of a practitioner who lived about three hundred and fifty miles distant. I was healed through Christian Science in about one month, and am deeply grateful to God for this manifestation of His omnipotence and omnipresence. I also desire to express my gratitude to our beloved Leader, Mrs. Eddy, who is so unswervingly showing us how to obey divine Principle as revealed to her, and through her to us, in Christian Science.
