The Christian Science Hymnal tells us of the truth "that meets the heart's great needs" (p. 41). These words express my sense of the beautiful and uplifting articles and testimonies found in the Sentinel and Journal, which do indeed meet the need of every advancing thought in our individual experience. Thus do those who are strong in the faith and in the understanding of Christian Science, help the weak to discern the light of Truth, which alone can dispel the darkness and suffering that false beliefs produce. I have many times experienced the sweet peace and calm trust in God, good, that the truth unfolds, in the overcoming of errors—mental, moral, and physical—through a right realization of Life and Love, as explained by Mrs. Eddy in her numerous writings, and for this I am most thankful.
