I wish to express my love and gratitude for the many blessings I have received through Christian Science. A year and a half ago I was suffering from rheumatism, with knee-joint and ankle so inflamed that I could not stand up, and was carried home on a chair. For three months I could not get out of bed alone. Then a Christian Scientist came to see me, and the words she spoke cannot be forgotten, for I was healed of the rheumatism by the first treatment. I got up when she did, and went to the door to see her off. I have gained strength ever since, and have been able to work since a year ago last December. With many other blessings that have come to me, my desire is to show my gratitude to God, and to Mrs. Eddy who has pointed out the way to Him. The Bible and "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" are my constant companions, and through their guidance I know only good will come to me.
