I feel that I would like to express my gratitude for the many blessings which have come to me through the knowledge of Christian Science. Although I can only relate a few demonstrations over minor things, such as toothache and rheumatism, which latter was healed instantaneously in one treatment given by my wife, yet the spiritual and moral change in my thoughts and mode of life is wonderful.
From being restless, discontented, and always craving for excitement, I have been changed into a happy and harmonious man. I am still learning more and more the truth and helpfulness of Jesus' statement, "Ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free." I may add that the discernment of this glorious truth has enabled me to free myself of the tobacco habit of twenty-five years' standing, and also of the taste for alcohol for nearly as long a time. I have not yet been privileged to receive class instruction, but feel certain my need will be met in that respect.
In conclusion I offer my heartfelt and loving thanks to our dear Leader, Mrs. Eddy, for the glorious revelation of Truth she has given to the world in her book, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures."
