The Master said, "Whosoever therefore shall confess me...

The Master said, "Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven."

When I look back to the time four years ago when I found Christian Science, and make a comparison of the woman I was then with what I am to-day, I cannot doubt the power of Truth, if a sound body and a sound mind are signs.

I had been a physical wreck for several years, helpless part of the time, and the frequency of hysterical attacks kept me in dread of the insane asylum. One day when things seemed darkest, and I was on the verge of nervous prostration from anxiety over my own condition and a dear friend lying at the point of death, it was as though a voice had said to me, even as to Paul, "Go into a certain city, street, and house, and you will there find one who will tell you what to do," and so I did, and behold my body was transformed. In less than a week from that day I was running a sewing machine and doing other things I had not been able to do for vears, and not only so, but life had become worth living. Instead of dragging out a miserable existence from day to day I knew that God does indeed dwell among men, and my joy and gladness were unbounded. The healing of catarrh, that I had had for fifteen years, followed, and from that time on Christian Science has been my panacea for every ill.
