It is now over eighteen months since we heard of Christian Science
It is now over eighteen months since we heard of Christian Science. I am very grateful to be able to bear testimony to the blessings we have received spiritually and physically. We have had many demonstrations of the power of divine Mind, for we have found through Christian Science the Truth that has set us free. We have had many proofs of the healing power. I should like to tell one or two cases for the benefit of others who may still be in darkness. My son met with an accident while at work, and was advised to go to the Manchester Infirmary. It proved to be a very serious case of blood poisoning. He was ordered into the accident ward, but instead of going he had Christian Science treatment, with the result that he was all right in a week's time, and went back to work quite strong and well. Another case.—One of my daughters lost the use of her limbs and suffered very great pain. She had Christian Science treatment, and was well in a few days. Another still more serious case of concussion of the brain. The patient lay unconscious for hours, the trouble lasting nearly a month, when the patient was entirely healed through Christian Science. I could tell of many other demonstrations, such as burns, scalds, colds, and accidents being overcome by the understanding that God is an ever-present help in the hour of need.
Mrs. Ellen Wright, Manchester, Eng.
