I, like so many others who have come into Christian Science...
I, like so many others who have come into Christian Science without healing, have been slow to add my testimony. But when I derive such strength from reading what others testify, I feel that I should also add my drop to the cup that is full to the brim of sweetness for those who will drink. I refused Christian Science at first when offered me by a friend. She kindly loaned me her Science and Health, and I read it very sceptically. However, I continued to read, and gradually the Light came. I have no great physical demonstration to tell of; but for the spiritual and moral uplifting, and the sense of freedom I now possess, I would not take the wealth of the world in exchange. Error has fled and dark places have become light. I now have an open Bible, for I read with the Spirit and with the understanding and I desire nothing better than the word of "Truth rightly divided." How grateful I am to God for giving us, in Mrs. Eddy, a dear Leader, to reopen the way so long closed.
Mrs. J. Cumming Smith, Augusta, Ga.
