The Lectures

Music Hall contained a large and thoughtful audience, last evening (Tuesday, February 6), the magnet of attraction being a lecture upon Christian Science by Carol Norton, C.S.D., of New York. Believers in the power of Mind over matter were there in force, to be sure, but, naturally, the larger part of the audience was made up of those who came merely through curiosity, or with an honest desire to derive information on the subject. How well they succeeded may be learned from the copious synopsis of the lecture which is herewith published.

The speaker was introduced by his host, the Hon. John D. Teller, in his usual eloquent manner and Mr. Norton entered at once upon the discussion of his subject.
