The debt-free status of this society has been made possible by a generous grant from The Mother Church, The First Church of Christ, Scientist, in Boston, Massachusetts [Trustees under the Will of Mary Baker Eddy]. The society has also received contributions from other Christian Science Societies, the Selina C. Cornish Fund, and from individual friends. The society gratefully acknowledges the warmth and cooperation expressed by churches and other organizations of Beaufort. Two individuals of another faith helped to make this dedication possible by donating their services as lawyer and architect. ...
