I have been a student of Christian Science for about seven years and have received many blessings from its application. I am sincerely grateful for the writings of our Leader, Mary Baker Eddy, and I hope my testimony may be of help to those still in ignorance of the virtue of Science.

For many years I had suffered from a stomach condition for which I had taken medicine to no avail. I was then told of Christian Science by a friend, and very soon I obtained a copy of "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by our Leader. The chapter on Prayer was very helpful to me, and I learned that because God, divine Love, is All-in-all there is no disease to make man, who is actually one of God's spiritual ideas, inharmonious. I learned that God is man's Father and Mother and found the assurance true that "under his wings shalt thou trust" (Ps. 91:4). After several years of study, I was healed.

One evening more recently my wife was suddenly very sick. At first I felt helpless; then I began to pray. And then I read some psalms from the Bible and some passages from Science and Health. Some hours later, my wife was in her normal good health again.
