FOR YOUNG PEOPLE
A College Student Writes
"What can we do to work God's work?"
What can we do to work God's work,
To prosper and increase
The brotherhood of all mankind,
The reign of the Prince of Peace?
What can we do to hasten the time,
The time that shall surely be,
When the earth shall be filled with the
glory of God
As the waters cover the sea?
When we take part in or support the giving of a Christian Science lecture, we are answering these two questions in Hymn No. 82 in the Christian Science Hymnal. For a Christian Science lecture increases "the brotherhood of all mankind" and hastens the time "when the earth shall be filled with the glory of God."
