COMPANIONSHIP

Mabelle Hutchings Smith

We are not alone,
Despite the boast of mortal sense.
We are with God,
Whose tender love is our defense.

When in our hearts
True faith and love of good abide,
We know God's peace
And feel His presence at our side.
