For many years the testimonies in The Christian Science Journal and in the Sentinel have given me comfort, inspiration, and help. Now I wish to relate a few of the healings I have had.

When I was thirteen years old I was healed of a goiter by reading Science and Health by Mary Baker Eddy. The textbook was borrowed from the public library and read over a period of a few weeks, during which time the goiter vanished and has never returned.
