Speaker: Sometimes people feel weighed down by a sense of utter hopelessness because of ill-health, business worries, tormenting fears of all kinds. Is there a way to overcome these discords? Our guest can answer with gratitude that there is. He's going to tell you how he was restored to perfect health, peace of mind, and complete activity. I'd like to introduce Thomas J. Abbott, of Winnipeg, Canada.

When did this take place, Mr. Abbott?

Mr. Abbott: It was early in 1936. I found myself completely incapacitated by a nervous breakdown. It was the culmination of about fifteen years of ill-health. This had started with a diseased antrum, for which I'd had two operations, and this was followed by a stomach disorder. I'd had surgery for that too, and I'd gone on diets and had been a slave to various remedies for many years.
