I wish to express my humble and deep gratitude for Christian Science. It has been our support and guide for more than forty years. It has healed our children of every suggestion of sickness and discord during this period. One child was quickly and permanently healed of pain and loss of the use of his legs when he was about twelve years old.

Some time ago my husband had an instantaneous healing which has since been an inspiration to us. He was not interested in Christian Science at the time but emphatically opposed it.

He was brought home from his office in a critical condition and believed he was passing on. My daughter and I refused to accept this false picture. We did no specific work for him, but we held to our understanding of perfect God and perfect man, thus proving Mary Baker Eddy's statement (Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures, p. 1), "Thoughts unspoken are not unknown to the divine Mind."
