"Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over" (Ps. 23:5). How grateful I am to be learning that God, who is Love, does prepare a spiritual feast before us, complete with all of the goodness of His love and wisdom! These will destroy the troubles and afflications that seem so real in this human experience. My love for Mrs. Eddy and my appreciation of all her wonderful writings and of her provisions for students of Christian Science grow greater daily.

Our family has had many healings through the application of the truth. My gratitude is deep for our practitioners, from whom I have always received loving help and spiritual guidance. The faithful work of a practitioner brought the complete healing of a cerebral hemorrhage experienced by one of our children at birth. The attending physician held no hope for the life of this baby and made many dire predictions as to the outcome should the baby live.

However, against the advice of the doctor, the baby was taken home, where the healing was completed. This child entered public school at the usual age and today is expressing normal health and activity.
