ENLARGING OUR SENSE OF HOME

Christ Jesus said (John 14:2), "In my Father's house are many mansions." Jesus' thought was always unlimited because he never used matter as a measuring stick. Whether feeding the multitude, changing water into wine, or healing the sick, he was evidencing to human thought the vastness of spiritual good available to each individual then and now.

Jesus' demonstrations of God's power were never meager. because his expressions of God, Truth, Love, were never meager. Just as there were twelve baskets of food left after he fed the multitude, just as the widow's son was raised from the dead without a moment's need for recuperation, so Jesus ever exemplified the overflow of God's goodness, as in the words of his parable (Luke 15:31), "Son, thou art ever with me, and all that I have is thine."

In his letter to the Ephesians, the Apostle Paul spoke of the fullness of God, of "him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us" (3:20).
