Radio Program No. 297 - How Lives Can Be Transformed

Speaker: It's encouraging to hear how others have overcome problems of insecurity and inferiority and are leading useful, happy lives. And it's even more encouraging to learn how this was accomplished through prayer. Our guest today is going to tell you his experience. I'd like you to meet Everett McCurdy, of Cleveland Heights, Ohio.

Tell us about it if you will, Mr. McCurdy.

Mr. McCurdy: In my last year of law school, I went through a time of great mental stress, and it culminated in a form of nervous breakdown. The feelings of inferiority, extreme limitation, fear of mediocrity and poverty, which had built up during my college years, came to a head through a situation in which I encountered a lot of deceit, jealousy, and fear.
