It is with joy and gratitude that I testify to the healing power of God as taught in Christian Science. I prayed persistently to Him, and in the year 1939 my prayer was answered when I found this Science.

At that time my husband was desperately ill in mind and body. The doctors had done everything they possibly could to help him. Finally, our family physician said there was nothing more that medical science could do for him, and then he asked, "Have you ever thought of trying Christian Science?" He told my husband where there was a branch Church of Christ, Scientist.

The following Sunday we went to the evening service. I shall never forget the sincerity I felt at that service. I knew my prayer had been answered. We took up the study of Christian Science, and my husband asked for the help of a Christian Science practitioner.
