"Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits; who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases" (Ps. 103:2, 3). It is with a deep sense of gratitude for all that Christian Science has done for me that I am giving this testimony.

Shortly after the Second World War, I moved to a city in another country. After a while I lost the position on which I had been counting for my support. In a short time I found myself destitute, and, being a stranger, I had no one to turn to.

However, during these days of unemployment, I was sustained and supported in the most unexpected and wonderful ways. I went daily to the Christian Science Reading Room and studied for hours. Within ten days a new position, much more satisfactory than the previous one, was secured.
