God, whose name is Love, has brightened
All my life, dispelled the night;
My drear pathway He has lightened,
Darkest clouds has put to flight.

Fearless now I tread Truth's highway,
A fresh life for me begun;
Freed from fear, I start the new day;
God has named me His dear son.
