RADIO PROGRAM No. 208 - Divine Guidance in School Problems

Speaker: All of us have testing times when it seems vitally important to know what to do. Whether it's in school or later on, how true it is that in order to make right decisions, we need to depend on something higher than mere human reasoning or intelligence. We need to learn to depend on God. Today we're going to discuss how we can have divine guidance in school problems. To give us a practical illustration of this, we have as our guest someone who can speak from her own experience—Miss Joann Naumann of Syracuse, New York.

Miss Naumann, tell us how you learned to rely on God's guidance.

Miss Naumann: It was in a tenth-grade geometry class that I first realized the practical results which can come when we learn how to rely on God for our help and guidance. I'd attended the Christian Science Sunday School since I was four, but had never actually tried to put into practice what I was learning until this particular time.
