LOVE GOES ALL THE WAY

In the world of sports, if a team is considered to have excellent prospects of becoming a champion, it is frequently said that the team has the potential to "go all the way." The same thing is often said of an individual who appears capable of becoming a champion in his chosen sport.

Meaningful as it is in the field of athletics, the phrase to "go all the way" has infinitely more meaning to the student of Christian Science. It describes the extent to which God blesses our existence, and it underlines the fact that in our behalf divine Love goes all the way.

And what does this mean to us? Simply this: the good which God freely and abundantly bestows on man is complete, inexhaustible, comprehensive. Divine Life, God, not only has given existence to His spiritual idea, but has given it to him for eternity. The realization of this true sense of life evidences itself in our experience in every manifestation of good — good health, profound harmony, joyous companionship, abundant supply. These, in fact, are natural, normal, God-bestowed aspects of our being.
