Culmination of work on the new edifice of First Church of Christ, Scientist, Clinton, brought an event cherished by all engaged in building a house of worship, dedication day, which was Sunday, October 28....

The property, located at 116 Warner Court, purchased some time ago has been completely remodeled ... to meet the needs of the local church. It contains an auditorium for regular services, ample Sunday School facilities, private rooms for the Readers and the board of directors, rest rooms, and also a Reading Room, where the Bible and Christian Science literature may be read by the public.

Facing the street, the structure has two spacious show windows which provide ample display space. ... These windows have had high praise from all who have viewed them.

The Reading Room is especially designed and constructed so that anyone may enter, read, and study during the weekday hours when it is open for use.
