For many years now I have enjoyed and been benefited by the testimonies that have appeared in the Christian Science periodicals, and I would like to add my expression of gratitude that it may help someone else.

Several years ago I had a breaking out over my entire body, with the exception of my face and hands. In addition, I had great trouble in walking, sitting, or in arising from a chair. I at once asked for help from a Christian Science practitioner, and this help was lovingly given.

About this time one of the officials of the company that I was working for came to town unexpectedly. As he walked into my office he noticed the difficulty I had in rising to greet him, and he inquired whether I had been to a doctor. I replied that I had not. He asked if I would like to see one, and I thanked him but said that I would not. Then he asked if I was a Christian Scientist. It was a pleasure for me to tell him that I was a student of this Science and would use it to work out the problem. He did not reply, but his look and the pat he gave me on the back said in unspoken words, "Go to it, boy!"
