Years ago the doctors said my mother had tuberculosis and could not live. I was teaching Sunday School in a Protestant church and was surprised to find in the lesson that week that there were others in the Bible who healed besides Jesus. One small boy in the class said, "If they could heal in Bible times, why can't they now?"

The answer came to me, "They could if they had faith enough."

He returned: "Why don't they have faith enough? Why don't you have faith enough?"
