Many times my gratitude for Christian Science has been expressed at Wednesday testimony meetings in Churches of Christ, Scientist. Now I should like to avail myself of the opportunity to express it in writing for the periodicals.

My physical healings during the years have been many. Because I was brought up in Christian Science, many healings have been accomplished without my knowing the medical names of the difficulties. Among my healings have been those of hay fever and a small skin tumor.

The protective power of Christian Science has been evident in my life. At one time I was saved from what might have been the fatal effects of carbon monoxide poisoning. I had spent several hours reading in a room with an unvented gas heater and had then gone to sleep in this room. A friend made an unusual and apparently unnecessary call at our home in time to arouse me. There were no aftereffects from this experience.
