LIFE UNDIVIDED
Minutes,
hours, days, weeks, months,
Accumulated years,
These are the burdens weighing mortally
On those who think of life in terms of time.
But why accept life thus?
Why be in such distress?
Time is not life. Time is a mortal thought
That works to mar the brightness of our way.
Christ Jesus said that life
Is knowing the true God;
His word and work declared God's fatherhood
And man, in God's own likeness, well-beloved.
Now Science makes us know
God, Father-Mother, All—
Unfolding from eternal Principle,
The undivided Life, in which we live.
