The realization of man's unity with God as taught in Christian Science has enabled me to destroy many discordant conditions. My introduction to Christian Science came through the healing of a relative, who was suffering from a kidney infection. The doctors on the case said he would not live through the night. A Christian Science practitioner was called, and the healing was instantaneous.

That whole family became sincere students of Christian Science, and I was awakened to the fact that here was a religion which could answer all of my questions regarding God, Life, and man's relationship to God. Here was a religion which must of necessity teach the true nature of man's being, since one could put it into daily practice, be healed through it, and could heal others through it. I am so grateful for this experience, for it gave me the desire to study and make the Science of Christianity my own.

During the years since then my family and I have experienced numerous healings. Through our understanding that God, the only creator, is our loving Father-Mother, many erroneous family traits have been overcome. Dispositions once violent have become loving and kind; the tendency toward severe criticism has given place to a desire to obey completely the Golden Rule; and discords of various natures have been healed.
