Over forty years ago I turned to Christian Science for the healing of nervousness, stomach trouble, and heart trouble. The two latter conditions yielded quickly; the nervousness lasted a little longer. Since that time Christian Science has been my only physician, and I have had many proofs of God's allness in the overcoming of various problems, including physical and financial ones.

I am so grateful for the angel messages that come to us in our times of need. When just a young student in Christian Science I had a professional engagement in the evening. During the afternoon I was ill and unable to be out of bed. Suddenly there came to me the words from the Bible (Hebr. 4:12), "The word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword." I arose and was able to fill my engagement with very little effort.

One healing that has been very inspiring to me was that of boils. Before I knew of Christian Science, there had been evidence of this difficulty numerous times. After I began the study of Science, this condition still continued to appear at intervals, causing me much inconvenience and suffering. I would scarcely get over one boil before another appeared. A practitioner was asked to help, and I did much work for myself on this problem. One day after I had called a practitioner for help, this thought came to me: "You are thinking that these boils should take their course, and there isn't any course for them to take." This realization brought the healing, and since that awakening I have been free from boils.
