A SONG OF THANKSGIVING
She
garnered her blessings into thought;
Counted them, cherished them, but forgot
The lesser ones. And so once more
The garnering had to be done full score,
Till all were remembered, small and great.
Joyfully, then, she could celebrate—
No blessing too little to include
In her song of gratitude.
